Comment:

 There's now a version in Etch, but it's old - latest is 1.5.0:

 http://packages.debian.org/stable/sound/mixxx
 http://mixxx.sourceforge.net/download.php

 The Debian package is built against libmad, we will have to test the
 effect of using a dummy package.
