An iso image is a standard ready-packaged file that your CD burning
program will understand. Depending on the software you use, the menu
will probably say something like 'Burn image', after which it will ask
you to choose the image you want burned to CD. Then you just need to pop
in a blank CD-R.

There are two different images, one 64 bit and one 32 bit. This is the
one you need:
ftp://download.64studio.com/64studio-install_1.0.0_i386.iso
You should also get this file:
ftp://download.64studio.com/MD5SUM
It provides a checksum which you can use to compare against the checksum
of the iso image you downloaded. In a Linux terminal, you can check it
like this:
daniel at 64studio:~$ md5sum 64studio-install_1.0.0_i386.iso
then to compare with our file...
daniel at 64studio:~$ cat MD5SUM
Both commands should output the exact same string of characters.
Cheers!
Daniel
