No, sorry, my wording was probably confusing. Just replace i386 with
amd64:

wget http://people.64studio.com/~free/jackd_0.103.0-1_amd64.deb
wget http://people.64studio.com/~free/libjack0.100.0-0_0.103.0-1_all.deb
wget http://people.64studio.com/~free/libjack0_0.103.0-1_amd64.deb
  
and then
  
dpkg -i --force-all libjack0_0.103.0-1_amd64.deb libjack0.100.0-0_0.103.0-1_all.deb jackd_0.103.0-1_amd64.deb
