Many thanks, I've managed to built it for both i386 and amd64 using
the -m3dnow -msse flags, as suggested in 1). Everything seems to work
on my machine, but if you (and anyone else willing) could test it on
your system it would be great. Basically you have only too:

wget http://people.64studio.com/~free/libjack0_0.103.0-1_i386.deb

and then

dpkg -i --force-all libjack0_0.103.0-1_i386.deb libjack0.100.0-0_0.103.0-1_all.deb jackd_0.103.0-1_i386.deb
