Whoa, we made it.
Compiling Jack from source with dynsimd is what I call a real pain in 
the a**.
Basically, our processor doesn't have 3dnow CFLAG, and so code won't 
compile.
So here you have 2 ways:

1. Follow the instructions here:

but be aware of the risk.
2. Wait for someone who can compile the code correctly with dynsimd and 
package it...

Full stop. Sadly paul himself told me that dynsimd support is not easy 
to compile.
