[64studio-devel] JMicron PATA on SATA problem

I've tried disabling jmicron at the bios and used a SATA DVD/RW drive. Still 
AMD_64 1.1.1 shows the "No common CD-ROM drive was detected" error. My 
motherboard uses an Intel ICH8R southbridge. Now, is this still expected? If 
yes is there a dev AMD_64 version that fixes this issue that I can download?
