The default repository only contains a selected subset of Debian
packages - this is a deliberate part of the 64 Studio design. It helps
us to achieve stable releases more quickly, by narrowing the field of
possibilities down.
If you need packages from Debian, simply add a Debian testing mirror to
your /etc/apt/sources.list file (or use the GUI for this in Synaptic)
and reload.

Again, this is a deliberate design decision - there are no dependencies
on Mono or C# in the base install either.

That's available in the gcc-4.1 package, as Free was just explaining to
me :-)

The eclipse 3.1.2-2 package is available in the Debian repository, and
there is also a native GCJ-compiled version there.

Both nasm and yasm are in the Debian repository.

We can offer developer support services if you need them - just ask.
Cheers!
