Comment:

 The agpgart module is a red herring, since CONFIG_GART_IOMMU=y now takes
 care of this.

 I can confirm the real problem is that the libgl1-mesa-dri package is
 missing from the 0.9.4 base install. Also we should have the mesa-utils
 package and its dependency freeglut3 so that people can run glxinfo and
 glxgears to test their framerate.
