Comment:

 OK, Sound Juicer is grabbing the audio CD and won't let go, even after the
 app is closed.

 The default player can be changed in Desktop -> Preferences -> Removable
 Drives and Media

 I think we should report this upstream if it is reported as a problem by
 users.
