 In version 0.9.9 amd64, attempting to open an Ardour project stored on a
 USB memory stick caused Ardour to output a very high number of 'undefined
 reference' error messages, and the application had to be killed. Possibly
 because the filesystem is outside of the user's /home directory tree.
 Needs further investigation to confirm, and a bug report upstream if
 neccessary.
