I think overburning a CD-R to 709MB is feasible as long as you're not 
using a distro that disables the overburning feature of cdrecord (in the 
interests of creating more reliable CDs).

In 64 Studio it's as simple as right-clicking on the iso in the Nautilus 
file manager.

We have included a Debian line in previous releases. Ideally, we'd have 
a list of local mirrors there, to reduce strain on debian.org.
