 In 0.9.0 the ALSA sequencer only loads after a manual 'modprobe snd_seq'.
 If a user tries to start a MIDI application without doing this, the error
 message in the terminal is:

 ALSA lib seq_hw.c:457:(snd_seq_hw_open) open /dev/snd/seq failed: no such
 file or directory
