Lee has the dual-core prototype machine now, but I'm hoping to get my 
hands on the new low-energy (35W) dual core Athlon X2 3800+.

It's 32 Celsius in the shade of my office, and that's with a giant fan 
blowing directly on to the dual Opteron box, which is making a noise 
like a hovercraft, as all the fans are running flat out. So anything 
that improves cooling, I'm in favour of ;-)

Practically speaking, I've often observed that indoor music venues are 
hotter than hell in the summer. So adequate cooling could be a major 
factor in system reliability if you're going to take a 64 Studio box on 
the road.
