I agree we need to have the others available. However we've not yet made 
a final decision on which languages to support officially for 1.0.

There are approximately 30 firefox-locale-* packages as well as the 
deprecated mozilla-firefox-locale-* transitional packages. There are a 
similar number of thunderbird-locale-* and mozilla-thunderbird-locale-* 
packages. I think we should just add them all for the 0.9 release.
