I tested this 0.8.1 amd64 build last night on the Turion laptop. It 
generally works very well, except that ALSA is not set up automatically. 
The alsa-modules package did not install by default, for instance. This 
laptop has an ATI on-board sound chipset; it was detected and configured 
automatically in the 0.6.0 install.

If we can fix that, add the uniprocessor kernel package and make the 
minor fixes we already discussed, I think this will make our first beta 
release.
